All services require a deposit to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid in full immediately after the appointment.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for lateness. However, if you arrive later than 10 minutes, a £10 late fee will be applied.
Anything later than 30 minutes leads to cancellation with no refund.

If you need to cancel or reschedule kindly notify us at least 72hrs in advance. You may reschedule once (subject to availability).
Appointments missed are automatically cancelled with no refunds.

Kindly note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for completed services.
In the rare case of artist cancellation, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Bookings outside work hours are considered special bookings and as such require an additional £10 for Studio Service and £20 for Home Service.
Outside of work hours here refers to bookings scheduled before 9am and after 7pm for regular periods.

For bridal prep locations, a calm and organized space is required.
All brides must book a bridal package. If you are a bride, please be honest when booking — this ensures we allocate the proper time, products, and preparation for your special day.
Failure to disclose bridal status will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
All the bridal prices is inclusive of travel for Birmingham brides only, for other cities a travel fee starting from £70 will be added All booked in brides get 50% off Gele

Clients must inform the artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before the appointment as the artist is not liable for reactions that occur due to withheld or undisclosed information.

No additional guest should accompany you to the appointment; if you require a companion kindly notify us.
